-yes, we know that corned beef isn't really of Irish descent, and that Mongolian bbq isn't Mongolian... or technically even bbq. and on and on.. we're aware. But these are dishes inspired by food we've partaken in here in the u.s. -cuisines with great world flair , that we fell in love with      -by way of friends, restaurants, and some family.
